If you're physically unfit (that includes you anorexic folk with low blood iron, not just the obese ppl) please stay your ass in the back of the concert and stop ruining the pit for everyone up front that can actually stand on their feet for over an hour. I've never been to a concert where some chick didn't pass out in the pit. It's such a vibe kill watching unhealthy people drop lifeless and having to stop a concert you paid good money for. Hydrate, hit the gym, eat your fruits n veggies. If standing for multiple hours is a tall task for you then you may need to reevaluate your lifestyle.
