The Man Who Survived Three Days Under the Sea

In 2013, a terrible accident happened near the coast of Nigeria when an oil ship sank deep in the sea. Harrison Okene, the ship’s cook, was trapped inside the wreck about 30 meters underwater.

He was alone in complete darkness. A small pocket of air kept him alive. The water was cold, and he had no food or light. For nearly three days, Harrison prayed and stayed strong, hoping for a miracle.

Then something unbelievable happened. Divers came to search the wreck. They expected to find only bodies. Suddenly, one diver felt a hand touch him. It was Harrison alive.
