Mix the content up with slideshows and videos with the same character
Here's the AI stack gameplan:
- Claude to help you write scripts
- Arcads to generate an image of an AI girlie that fits your product demographic

Also for caption generate a 8-10 second video you can put text over
Include your CTA in the video for reaction style and captions for caption style
Plus generate images with the same character and make slideshows directed to your product
Now rinse and repeat this
make multiple accounts with multiple different avatars and print

AI tools we actually use to make ad creative:
- ElevenLabs: generate AI voiceovers or replace mistakes in creator voiceovers
- Midjourney: generate images for statics or video ads
- ChatGPT: reviews/data analysis, copywriting assistance
- Perplexity: ChatGPT but weighed more towards studies. Great for audience research
- Adobe Denoise (in Premiere Pro): remove background noise to isolate voiceover/speech. VocalRemover is an alternative here
- Descript: eye contact correction for when creators aren’t looking into the camera
- Arcads: AI UGC generation. Although it was down last time I checked

Offer testing is the secret to scale.
If you look at any 9-figure DTC brand, the one thing they all have in common is they’ve nailed their offers.
If you study this fundamental concept, you can’t go wrong:
First, realize that commerce is simply the transaction between product & money.
Let’s say a consumer has $100. They will spend that $100 if their perceived value of the goods they are receiving exceeds their perceived value of their $100.
For example: if you’re selling a $100 sweatshirt, you need to ensure the value of the sweatshirt exceeds the traditional dollar amount.
There are a few ways you can do this:
1) Use the highest quality fabrics, so the consumer compares it to more expensive sweatshirts
2) Use the best designers, so the consumer compares it to more expensive sweatshirts.
3) Use high level influencers & celebs to establish status & provides a feeling money can’t buy.
The problem with these three things is that they’re all long term plays.
None of this stuff happens overnight - it can take months, if not years, to get it right.
So this is where offer testing comes into the equation.
Imagine you are choosing between two brands - one of which sells a $100 sweatshirt, the other sells a similar one for $125.
However - if you buy the $125 sweatshirt, you also get a free $50 t-shirt.
All of a sudden, the consumer is looking at their $100 & thinking:
“Damn - for $25 more I can get this $125 sweatshirt + a free $50 t-shirt?! Sign me up.”
The best part is the t-shirt costs less than $15.
It’s such a simple concept but so many people overlook it.
Whatever you’re selling - you should be creating so much value in what you are offering that it becomes a no-brainer.
Adding a free product with high perceived value is just one way of doing it, there are countless other paths to scale.
Once you go down the rabbit-hole of offer testing, I promise you, your sales will go through the roof.
Good luck & happy scaling,
How to test Ad-Creatives effectively & analyse results?
Here are 6 important metrics you need to analyse of creative testing:
• CPA
• CTR
• CPC
• Hook Rate
• Hold Rate
• Conversion Rate.
Let’s say you wanna test which Hook resonates with your Audience.
Try creating 2 ads, everything same, Just change initial hook
Try 2 hooks:
Hook #1: Need age-appropriate clothes to feel fashionable?
Hook #2: Tired of “Old Lady Fashion” options?
Same ad, Just change in hook
Still they perform completely different
Here’s how to analyse both the creatives:
Creative with Hook #1 :-
Hook Rate:- 21%
CPA:- $60
CTR:- 2.4%
CPC:- $1.7
Hold Rate :- 19%
Conversion Rate:- 2%
Creative with Hook #2:-
Hook Rate:- 32%
CPA:- $44
CTR: 3.2%
CPC: $1.4
Hold Rate:- 23%
Hold Rate:- 23%
Creative 2 is clear winner & only difference is hook.
You won’t get metrics like Hook rate, Hold rate in Facebook, You’ve to create these custom metrics.
Here’s how to create these custom metrics:-
(i) Hook rate = 3 Second View/Impression * 100
(ii) Conversion rate = purchase/ landing page * 100
(iii) Hold rate = 25% Video view / 3 Second view view * 100
This is how you affectively test & analyse creatives
Also, When you test Creatives, If nothing is working break it down & analyse each metrics & improve part that’s not performing.
Here’s how to improve based on metrices:-
Underrated insight: A lot of people don’t read product descriptions. But nearly all browse through the images.
Use your product image carousel to convey the main product features and benefits.
My product research strategy is unmatched.
I showed it to a friend, he found a winner and is now doing $100k a month with it in weeks.
Instead of holding this strategy for myself,
I am going to give to you all today so I can just break X
This is advice from a $35,000,000 DTC founder:
Step 1: The Concept Hunt.
You’re going to start off by searching for a concept.
You can look into current trends or what’s performing well recently.
If you don’t know how, it’s all packed into Facebook and TikTok ad libraries.
These are the perfect place to uncover what’s holding the audience’s attention.
Then, head to sites like Thing Testing to look for other unique brands that are holding attention.
But don't stop there.
Now use, SimilarWeb to gauge the traffic of these unique sites.
If you find high traffic, you’ve found yourself a new promising territory.
Step 2: The Market Match
Once you've spotted a killer product in one market, say the US, your next move is to find a new playground where this product hasn't been exploited yet.
You could test it in France or Germany.
This is how you’re going to make a market match.
But it's basically about transplanting success from one place to another.
Step 3: Crunching Numbers
Before you pull the trigger, you need to know the weight of what you’ve picked…
(not literally)
But you need to check out the cost of goods on Alibaba
Because you’re looking for a solid Buy Efficiency Ratio (BER).
I suggest aiming for a BER under 1.7.
So that you have a higher chance of being profitable.
Step 4: Brand
Now you need to treat your brand as a flag.
What do I mean?
Ask yourself what are you trying to represent?
Who are you trying to reach?
Pick colors and logos and find a voice for your content.
For example, if I was running a hypewear brand,
I’d use a bold voice to hold the audience.
You’re trying to ensure your model mirrors your ideal customer's appearance.
Step 5: Creatives
You have to know your competition for this one.
Engage with their content, act as their audience
And find out what their audience likes.
If you find creatives with high engagement or views, make it better
Then use that winner
You can also go down the route of UGC to create a more stable and longer run for your store.
Step 6: Pull the Trigger
Now that you have your creatives in place,
You’re going to set off a CBO or Advantage+ campaign.
Make sure you make the right choice there because you want this to be successful.
Then, set a $100-$150 budget and monitor it closely
Decide whether it’s working, and you need more time or whether it’s time to pull the campaign back in and restart.
Lastly (and I see this mistake a lot)
Do not overstock on your first try.
Test the waters with enough inventory to get started
And stay agile to adjust your course.
If you overcommit, you’ll put yourself in a tough spot, and that’s the last thing you want.
So there you have it, the masterclass on product research strategy, direct from a seasoned dropshipper.
With this, even a rookie can find their way to profitable sales.
