The U.S. SEC has formally proposed “Regulation Crypto Assets,” creating tailored pathways for certain crypto-related securities offerings, including exemptions of up to $5 million and $75 million under different conditions.

This is not a final rule, approval or green light for every token. A 60-day public-comment process comes next. But it is a serious signal: U.S. crypto policy is starting to focus on defined issuance frameworks instead of relying only on enforcement and interpretation.

At the same time, the infrastructure race is accelerating. Metaplanet announced a U.S. bitcoin-treasury platform backed by 2,100 BTC, while Kraken is bringing conventional U.S. stocks and tokenized equities together for European customers.

I missed $TRUMP because I was grieving my mom

She passed away on January 8 2025

After the burial I came back to school depressed and broke

I was alone in my room one night when my friend called me

He asked where I was and if I was coming to a department picnic

I told him I didn't even have money for the ticket

He said just come we will figure it out

So I went

I wasn't really there to party

I didn't have the energy to dance or do anything

I was still grieving

I was just sitting there watching everyone have fun and trying to feel alive again

I had my phone with me the whole night

I was chatting and scrolling through random stuff

But I didn't open X

Not even once

That was the same night $TRUMP launched

Imagine being on your phone all night and missing the one thing that could have changed everything

I woke up the next morning and everywhere was screaming TRUMP

I checked it and saw the market cap was already around tens of millions

I just stared at my phone

If I had seen it early I would have found a way to buy

I was broke but I probably would have borrowed money

Then I watched it keep going

Millions

Hundreds of millions

Billions

And I just kept thinking about what could have been

But I wasn't done getting Grinched

A few days later $MELANIA launched

This time I wasn't missing it

I put the little money I had into it

I thought maybe this was my second chance

It wasn't

My little bag started bleeding

And just like that I went from missing the coin that could have changed my life

to buying the next one and watching my little money disappear

I didn't get Grinched once

I got Grinched twice

First I wasn't on X when I needed to be

Then I was on X when I shouldn't have been 😭

What did I learn?

Plenty things 😩

I learnt that crypto does not care what you're going through

I learnt that being early means nothing if you're not paying attention

A young Bull stood outside, covered in dust, carrying nothing but a worn piece of cloth around his shoulders.

He looked at the towers.

The banners.

The hundreds of Bulls moving through the streets.

Then he looked down at himself.

“I have nothing,” he whispered.

The guard at the gate looked at him.

“Neither did I when I arrived.”

He stepped aside.

Inside, the young Bull expected someone to tell him where to stand.

Instead, he saw a Bull repairing a broken bridge.

Another was teaching a group of newcomers.

Someone was painting the Kingdom's symbol onto a new banner.

Nobody looked important.

Nobody looked like they were waiting for a hero.

So he asked an old Bull:

“Who is in charge here?”

The old Bull laughed.

“That's the question everyone asks when they first arrive.”

“And the answer?”

The old Bull handed him a hammer.

“Look around.”

The young Bull did.

There were walls that needed rebuilding.

Bridges that needed crossing.

Banners that needed raising.

People who needed help.

For the first time, he understood.

He didn't need to arrive with something.

He only needed to bring himself.

Years later, when the Kingdom had grown beyond anything he could have imagined, a newcomer asked him the same question.

“Who built all of this?”

He looked at the walls.

Then at the people beside him.

Then he smiled.

“We did.”

And somewhere beyond the Kingdom walls, another Bull was already walking toward the gates.

Not looking for a Kingdom to follow.
