I'm not sure how effective this will be by at least you'll be able to talk to an actual person

We need a system to intuit people who work multiple jobs IE those who don't make enough W2 to collect UI into the long term, but have worked 1099s & are blocked from PUA bc we already have a UI case (we haven't seen $ from) @JulieSuCAA @GavinNewsom @CA_EDD
