16 June: Today is not only Youth Day, but also Concentration Camp Day. On 16 June 1900, 126 years ago, British imperialists officially proclaimed the scorched earth policy during the Anglo-Boer War. This policy led to the burning of Afrikaners’ farmhouses and farms, the destruction of infrastructure and supplies, and the establishment of concentration camps. More than 30 000 women and children died in these camps. Today, we also remember them.
@AfriForum also honours our forebears who, after this devastation, had to start again from scratch and rebuild with determination. Their example inspires us to work with the same dedication to build a better present and future for our communities and future generations.

Republiekdag.
Dít is hoekom ons 31 Mei nooit sal vergeet.
’n Republiek is gebore.

Today we mourn those who died during an ANC terror attack that took place in Church Street, Pretoria, exactly 43 years ago on 20 May 1983. The bombing resulted in the deaths of 19 people, both black and white.
My people have been in South-Africa before America was even a nation. Thus, on your level of stupidity America should also not exist? Go learn the history of South-Africa before showing you IQ so publicly.
Quick question since Africa is just black and for the blacks, what color of people live in Egypt, Morocco an so on?
This is one of the greatest legends that ever lived. Loved by his people and feared by his enemies.
One of the greatest adversaries the British Empire ever had. Churchill, Chesterton, Kipling, Orwell, Doyle and many others wrote about him.
We still sing songs about him.
@ErnstRoets Wie is die die dapper generaal? De Wet!
Wie stry so dapper in Transvaal? De Wet!
Wie is dit wat die trotse Brit,
So telkens in die stof laat sit?
De Wet! De Wet! De Wet! De Wet! De Wet! De Wet! De Wet!
@ErnstRoets "I would rather stand with my people on a dungheap than in a palace among strangers."
“We’ll fight until the last cartridge, and then we’ll throw the rifle at them!”
