@GuavaPass I haven't received redemption code after I paid with bank transfer, even I've emailed the payment slip to [email protected],tho they said 24 hrs max to get the code but it's been 2 days and no code received, I can't start my subscription even I've paid for it.silly
@tiket tolong ya kalau follow up case yg bener. Jgn dibawa muter2 kalau ,cust bener ya tanggung jawab, udh jelas2 bukti nya jelas trus masih ngelak juga malah jawabnya ga nyambung. Tolong yg bener dong balikin duit saya!
@tiket min dm dibales dong. Email juga lama dibalesnya, telp cust care boro nyambung. Parah bgt deh nih tim cust care SLA problem handlingnya gimana sih. Saya ada problem gaada no tiket apa gimana buat follow up cuma disuruh nunggu aja terus.
