Salam aleykoum la famille,

Aujourd’hui nous sommes le 10 septembre.

C’est la journée internationale de prévention du suicide.

On néglige souvent son propre bien-être et sa santé mentale. On embellit nos journées, on cherche de la dopamine dans notre quotidien, on s’attache aux quelques choses qui nous font vibrer… parfois juste pour entasser nos émotions et nos sentiments.

La santé mentale, c’est quelque chose d’important. Ce n’est pas un tabou de « ne pas se sentir bien ».

Parler ne veut pas dire être faible.

Demander de l’aide, ce n’est pas être faible. Au contraire, ça demande une force incroyable de comprendre son propre état, d’accepter qu’on ne va pas bien et de vouloir aller de l’avant pour régler les choses.

Je sais qu’un psychologue, ce n’est pas donné et que tout le monde n’a pas forcément les moyens.

Mais il existe maintenant en France un dispositif appelé « Mon soutien psy ».

Vous pouvez avoir jusqu’à 12 séances par an avec un psychologue partenaire, avec une prise en charge par l’Assurance Maladie.

Vraiment la famille, la santé mentale est un sujet MAJEUR et c’est vraiment pas une honte d’en parler.

Cherchez à aider et à comprendre les gens autour de vous. Et si le sujet vous concerne directement, demandez de l’aide. Ce n’est ni tabou, ni une honte et si une personne vous dis ça alors rayez la de votre vie.

15 ou 112 — En cas de danger immédiat

It’s been a long year, and I just want to say thank you for everything.

From my first year in VCT Pacific, to experiencing my first international tournament, to finally lifting a trophy. This league has given me so many memories and experiences that I’ll never forget. Kinda sad that it’s over just as I was getting to know all the staff and talent. Y’all are pretty cool.

There were a lot of ups and downs that really tested us mentally, but we never gave up. We believed in each other and kept pushing forward. I’m forever grateful that I got to play under Global Esports and alongside these amazing players, coaches, and managers.

To all the fans, thank you for the support. It truly means a lot. Whether you were cheering for us in the arena or watching from home, it meant more than you know. This championship is for you guys too.
