After watching the first 5-10 minutes of Marcus Freeman on College Gameday, I have completely changed my mind on his decision to be a part of College Gameday.

Originally, I didn’t understand why he’d go on College Gameday and thought it was pretty dumb.

But here’s the thing, Marcus Freeman is just so dang likable and such a great spokesperson for Notre Dame that if a major network is going to let you show that off for free for 2 hours in front of millions of people, you take advantage of that opportunity.

Marcus Freeman is one of the biggest stars in college football and when you are making a phone call or house visit to a 16/17 year old elite high school recruit, that MATTERS.

Notre Dame is not over ranked, if anything, they are UNDER RANKED.

Looking at this roster and all of the advanced metrics/statistics, Notre Dame is conservatively a TOP 5 team in the country.

I am EASILY picking Notre Dame over Ole Miss, Oklahoma, Texas Tech, and Oregon.

Legitimately, the only hole on ND’s roster is kicker (which does honestly make me a little nervous).

There is ONE team that strikes legitimate fear in me as a Notre Dame fan and that is Ohio State.
