Crews continue their efforts to get the power back on to every customer affected by yesterday’s weather. We’re working as quickly as possible and aim to have service restored for the majority of customers today.
The grid is complex and requires many parts to run efficiently in order to keep your lights on. When storms hit, bushings and other components can fail, causing outages like this one in Greece. We���ve brought on additional crews to help expedite restoration efforts.
Crews have done an incredible job overnight to restore service. However, there are still approximately 1,900 customers without power. We’re working around the clock to safely restore service to all affected and anticipate having service restored today.
