In my occasional series: I-may-have-my-Sell2Wales-settings-wrong:
I've been invited by MOD's Porton Down (yes, where they do the chemical warfare testing) to bid for a project whose name is bizarrely similar to the CIA black ops team in the Bourne Films.

It would appear that the apps development was driven from the Welsh speaker's point of view, rather than the non-Welsh speaker who is actually the target audience.
@GaryRaymond_ Interesting Rhino review in many ways.
The app: great in theory but ill-conceived. E.g.
Who will use this app? Non-Welsh speakers.
What shall we call it? We'll use a word that non-Welsh speakers will find difficult to recognise.
"I want to use Sib-rud"
Another in my occasional "I-May-Have-My-Sell2Wales-Settings-Wrong" series.
Will have to think whether I'm the right person to renovate a woolly mammoth.

@BBCr4today Great to hear about Van Goch but somewhat bizarre as the MOST IMPORTANT EXHIBITION EVER MOUNTED OF VERMEER opens TODAY in Rijksmuseum.
Bit like if Spurs had minor £ troubles & you covered that instead of Man City.
You seem to have missed the more significant story.
Sign the petition calling on the Welsh Government to take urgent action to keep the most vulnerable people warm every Winter. We’re experiencing a cost-of-living crisis, an energy crisis, and a climate emergency. Be part of the solution. #warmthiswinter

He's going to be sacked, isn't he? Surely he's going to be sacked. It's either him, or both of them, and Truss hasn't shown any evidence of ethics so far. She's out there flagging down buses to throw him under.
Anexsys Ltd of Aldersgate, London will be paid £10,547,808.00
Yes, that's £10.5m
Maybe someone's going to tell me that's what this sort of thing costs.
But maybe we're going to need an inquiry into the inquiry.

The public review of #Covid essential.
But is it giving yet another chance for big businesses to put their noses in the trough?
This is the result of a competitive tender "To engage a team to Evaluate the Effectiveness of the Impact of Mass Testing for Sars Cov-2 in England"
Look closely and you'll see just 1 tender was received: Ernst & Young. They will be paid £3,049,752.00
And this one: to "provide an electronic solution and support services" so Welsh gov can "collate, index, review, analyse, manage, categorise and organise all of the records"
So apparently we can't stop Truss walking out to our song, very weird! So sad it got used by this shower of a government. BTW Truss labour used it with permission in 90's. I don't want my song being a soundtrack to lies.
Either it's a new government with new policies, which means we need a general election.
Or it's the same government and they have to own the previous 12 years.
Can't have it both ways. Anything else undermines our parliamentary democracy.
I'm not saying it was just being a woman that meant I couldn't make a living in theatre in Wales. There will have been lots of reasons. But it didn't help.
I am delighted there are so many fantastic women directors now and that Tamara Harvey has been appointed to the RSC.
This has made me think about my interview to be an Assistant Director at the RSC. There was a panel of 6 male directors. I joined the company for 2 years and there was only one woman in a senior position in the whole organisation.

By the time I had 2 small children I realised I'd never be able to support them if I remained in theatre so I moved into the wider cultural sector. I worked with many wonderful people on exciting projects. I have no regrets.
Checked three times and my name is on the list!! Delighted to be a 2022 LOHF Writers Grant Recipient! 🎉✨️I've been really focusing my writing on horror this past year so this means a lot - thanks so much to @HorrorSpotlight and all the donors! 🖤🤗
