@SamsungHelpUK I purchased a Z Flip 3 from you and used a mobile phone to the value of £400 as a trade in.
I have returned the flip 3 due to a poor battery life, I have just been told by MTR that they will only refund me £190, this is unacceptable?

How comes on my UK oppo find X2 neo I am still on the November 2020 security patch? This isn't very good at all, when I check there is no updates??

@RoyalMail I know things are bad at present but why charge for next day delivery and then let customers down, I have been waiting since Monday for my parcel? other courier companies are making good on deliveries.
