Great morning in clinic today! 2 follow ups, 1 for bladder urgency and another for prolapse second to weight gain + menopausal changes. Also a new patient for pelvic organ propalse second to weight lifting and menopause! Common denominator... menopause (and prolapse)!! #physio 💪🏻

Gentleman I saw this week with ongoing rectal pain, previous surgery for haemorrhoids, steroid injections, TAI, stool softener meds and 18/12’s down the line, still presenting with pain. Took a more-MSK-prospective assessment/Rx and looking forward to following up! #whpt #physio

I did a Mum&Baby Event today, It amazes me that when I hand out leaflets, people say ‘ oh no but I had a c-section’, or ‘ oh no my baby days are over’. I reply saying “#pelvicfloorexercises aren’t just for pregnant women!,They are literally for anyone & for life !” #WomensHealth
