هل ممكن الاستفراغ الشديد جدا يسبب ثقب في المريء؟ الجواب نعم ونسميها متلازمة بورهيڤ ، في هذا المريض كان الثقب في الجهة اليسرى في اسفل المريء، فعملنا له فتح للصدر من الجهة اليسرى وفتح للبطن وإصلاح لل��قب جراحيا، وعمل انبوبة تغذية بالأمعاء الدقيقة من البطن، وخرج من المستشفى بعد أسبوعين , وبعدين عملناله توسيع بالبالون لمكان الإصلاح لان حصل له تضيق وتحسن بعدها 👍🏼

Esophageal perforation due to Boerhaave syndrome, the perforation was in the lower esophagus in the left side so left thoracotomy +laparotomy was done and repair achieved , along with feeding Jejonostomy placement , patient survived and required endoscopic dilations later on as the repair site had stenosis 🙏🏽
