I’ve had to get a police report filed interstate to get “authorities” to step in, since Jetstar claimed they couldn’t reimburse us, and keep trying to pin the responsibility on each other, even so to blame us for the negligence by their own staff.

They told us that it would arrive directly in Adelaide, upon asking multiple times if we needed to recheck in the luggage at Melbourne airport. We landed in Adelaide, and to our horror found out that our bags never arrived here. We’ve been chasing it up for over a month.
