@amyewong Hey Amy, very sorry and we are hiring for a California Audience Development Editor and a companywide Audience Development Editor position at McClatchy. DM me for more details.

[Aaricka Washington @aarickawash]

My heart goes out to all of the Los Angeles Times staffers who have been laid off today. As someone who was laid off in the beginning of the pandemic by Gannett, I completely empathize with how frustrating and heartbreak this is. It's a gut punch. 1/3

[Rhema Thompson Bland @RhemaThompson]

I have not tweeted in a long while but I'm just getting on here to say this is absolutely insane. @Kimbriell is amazing.

[Kimbriell Kelly @Kimbriell]

I was laid off today. Winning a Pulitzer was one honor of my life. Another, leading the Washington Bureau as its first person of color and only second woman.

Please join me this hashtag#GivingTuesday in supporting @TheJaxTrib, a nonprofit bringing Northeast Florida the kind of accountability journalism it so desperately needs right now. There is still time to give toward great community journalism. https://t.co/9Elo1POmXn

My first thought 😂😂😂

[SrryImnervous @Ashfnf]

@Phil_Lewis_ Usher been breaking up families since the boondocks

[Aaricka Washington @aarickawash]

Imagine being the only Black person in a multiple college classes and being told that you and people that look like you don’t deserve to be there and that you stole someone’s seat. That’s incredibly offensive.

[Rhema Thompson Bland @RhemaThompson]

@newsworthy17 Glowing! Love it! ♥️

[Rhema Thompson Bland @RhemaThompson]

OK, I feel like Twitter is telling me I need to binge watch @TheBearFX now.
