Totally ridiculous to have your customer wait for 14 hours all day then this happens.

Supposed to be getting a replacement dryer today from @Samsung and been waiting since 8am for delivery. Called customer service at 4pm and assured me it would be here in 45 minutes. 8pm no one still here and tried calling delivery company @Forwardair and they are closed.

Considered the dryer a lost cause for the day.

Then at almost 10:15 PM we hear a truck outside and see this on the security camera and the tracking updates to delivery attempted. As you see no one came to the door they rolled up, took a picture of address sign and left.
