Wonderful recital @ThreeChoirs Glos Cathedral on 26th July. Roderick Williams and Iain Burnside, thankyou for performing my 'Of Swans Snails and Geese' so brilliantly (& to May Sarton for the poetry)! @MusicNLW@PianoLieder@stainerandbell@LudlowEngSong@RWCMD @christysenior

@mbmpolicy@fancyhatslady Too late and the damage is done. The board probably needs to publish an apology, an explanation and set aside funds to deal with claims. Those of us who have supported Amnesty financially over the years are also due an apology. Board members should consider their positions.
Do you have any idea, @chiaracapraro, how much damage you and your colleagues have done to the reputation of what was once a globally respected organization, dedicated to free speech and support for prisoners of conscience? It’s unforgivable.
Lovely concert with London Pro Arte Choir (Mill Hill), conductor Tom Winpenny, on 27 June, where they sang Rhian's 'Tair Cân Werin' (Three Welsh Folksongs). George Cook was soloist in 'Capt. Noah & his floating Zoo'. Excellent! @Multitudeofvoyc@RWCMD@josephgfort@MusicNLW
@Haggis_UK I've directed news programmes for the BBC and SKY and outside broadcasts during general elections for ITV and Channel 4 and I have never, ever seen, in 20 years, as blatant anti Labour bias as in this current period
Great concert by Tailleferre Ensemble in Leatherhead today, including premiere of my wind quintet, 'Songscapes'. Thank you, Nicola Crowe, Nicola Hands, Helen Pierce, Amy Thompson, Fran Moore-Bridger. @RWCMD, @RoyalAcadMusic, @MusicNLW, @robertplane
@UnherdClock@unherd@bindelj @Docstockk Oh do grow up. All this tiresome infighting seems like your doing TRAs jobs for them. Neither of these women deserve this. You don’t agree? Fine. Now let’s get on with the bigger picture, shall we?
Thank you to wonderful pianist Llŷr Williams for playing my 'The Time of the Singing of Birds' at his concert at the National Eisteddfod, Wrexham yesterday. So sorry I couldn't be there but I hear there was a packed house. @musicnlw@RWCMD@SimonLepper@christysnr@PluckyPerkins
My day in court yesterday was a long one.
But I had wonderful support, not just from @WeAreFairCop sitting beside me, but from my legal team and all the wonderful women and men, who came and sat through the entire day to support me.
We will hopefully find out the judgement early next week, so as soon as I can share it with you all I will.
Thank you everyone who messaged, commented or simply reached out to give me strength and support, you’re all amazing. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
