Nobody sweat and we barely touched a ball.

Why?

Because the barrier to making shots for some players is more mental than physical. Have to coach/train the heart as much as the body #MakeShots

Man, I really missed being in the gym with @oe_girlshoops! Great session tonight that was focused on 1-on-1 individual shooting plans, but ended up being just as much about shooting resilience/confidence.
