Initial approval is for GBM but we know that following this many, many trials will start with DCVAX in combo with ICLC and CI drugs with the key element of shrinkage of tumor leading to approval. The key is NHS will be admitting patients to the new trials. The die is cast.

What it comes down to is will the Judge allow the rampant criminality of Wall Street to continue against any new technology or threat to the status quo as well as the rampant destruction of retail investors who are willing to back these new technologies.
