@seanhannity I don't know how to accomplish it but when a candidate for president shows signs of Alzheimer's/ dementia as has Biden has done on many occasions it should be mandatory that he be mentally evaluated. If he's in the early stages of dementia or Alzheimer's he has to step down !!!
