Ian’s Current Gig - Rebel News
Remember I said we’ll get to Rebel News? well we’re here!
Ian is currently employed by Rebel News.
Rebel News is owned by Canadian-Jew, Ezra Levant.
Levant is a hardcore Zionist who’s on the record for calling supporters of BDS “Nazis” and “Jew-Baiters.”
Another prominent journalist at Rebel News is Avi Yemeni.
Avi is an Australian-Israeli man who plead guilty to physically assaulting his ex-wife and also bragged about killing unarmed civilians during his time serving in the IDF.
Precisely 0 employees of Rebel News hold anti-zionist views.
Ian’s opinions are for sale, so naturally now that he works for Rebel News, he’s also a hardcore Zionist.
The ironic things is that Malaysia doesn’t even recognize Israel as a state. The Malaysian passport clearly states, “This passport is valid for all countries except Israel.”
Ian’s coverage of Israel’s war on Gaza has also evidently been very much pro-Israeli.
For example, on October 7th Ian posted a video of children in cages with the caption:
“Israeli children kidnapped by Hamas are being kept in cages. Their captors taunt and laugh at them.”
Ian was then bombarded by viewers who proved to him that the video was old and the sound was dubbed, he then deleted the tweet.
But he then completely flipped another video to fit his/Rebel News’ Zionist agenda.
This time he posted an old video of an Israeli police training exercise and captioned it:
“Hamas is going from house to house, butchering the people inside, including women and children taking shelter in basements. Imagine if this was happening in your neighbourhood, to your family.”
And you wanna know what the funny thing is?
When
@jakeshieldsajj
pointed out the fact that the soldiers were wearing Israeli police uniforms, Ian replied by saying, “Stolen uniforms.”
Eventually the tweet got Community Noted and Ian deleted it, but by the time it was deleted it had already amassed well over 5m views.

Ian Falsely Accuses Man of Murder - Leads To IRL Harassment Of An Innocent Man
Ian Miles Cheong falsely accused a man of being the “number one suspect in the shooting of two deputies”.
The man he accused was 33-year-old (at the time) basketball coach and father of two, Darnell Hicks.
So where did Ian get this information that lead to him tweeting that Hicks was the number 1 murder suspect in this investigations?
A couple of Facebook posts.
Ian’s tweets coupled with Facebook posts peddling the same misinfo, led to Hicks having his address and ID leaked.
Hicks received death threats and was harassed for days because of this.
Even after LA County Sheriffs’ official Twitter account came out debunking Ian’s claims, he didn’t stop.
“LA County Sheriffs office may be disputing the contents of this tweet. However more details on Hicks have gone viral on Facebook.
I’ll post further confirmation or details as I get them. Officially, no suspects have been named at this time.”
So Ian went from saying Hicks was the “number one suspect” to saying “Officially, no suspects have been named at this time.”
Unfortunately, the damage had already been done.
It’s shocking that a man sitting at his computer desk in Malaysia could have such a dangerous impact on real world event happening in the US.
Just shocking…
