@shawn_20025 Same, shadowbanned me for 10 days, got out on Sunday, played 2 x 20 minute periods of my solo game save since and then I tried to play a game of warzone last night to see the ping shooting through the roof, checked the website and they’ve shadowbanned me again, absolutely wild!

@OldSchoolRS Lost my main on rs3 last year, was maxed out. Decided to make an osrs one with the same login and left him at sand crabs while I was on my pnone at work and got banned for macroing. Appeal denied aswell, system is shocking

Logged into my main on rs3 and decided to make an old school account as my main was maxed. Got banned for macroing within 24hours when I was on IOS the whole time & I was at sand crabs 80% of the time. Support is shocking.

@JagexAsh I’m not asking for support, I’m asking a question on how you think I could of been hit with a ban on IOS mobile for macro, there’s no such thing as a macro for iOS so I’d like to hear your opinion on how this could have happened. The account that got accused was 18hr a old too🤣

Banned me for macroing on IOS 🤣 account was 18 hours old and linked to my main RS3, absolutely fuming and there support is shocking. Had someone review my appeal and denied again, was on mobile the whole time

Literally just made an OSRS it lasted 18 hours and I got banned on my main linked to RS3, I played mobile the whole time afk at sand crabs, I’m done with this game now they have shit support also! Couldn’t care less about customers

@LarsonData @JagexSupport Exact same shit happened to me, logged into mobile on a fresh osrs that was 18 hours old but linked to my max main I’ve been banned and jagex couldn’t give a bollocks or explain how I could possibly macro on mobile, especially IOS🤣 they are a shower of cunts & couldn’t care less

@Runescape8m Also got banned on a fresh osrs account, not even 24 hours old. sadly it was linked to my maxed main on RS3. I played on mobile the whole time and got banned at rock crabs for Macroing. False bans everywhere I’ll never play the game again it’s shocking..

@JagexSupport It’s fine, I’m over it. I can’t do any better than I already have, I’ve tracked down every piece of information from over the past 17 years and it still isn’t enough, it’s an absolute joke. Thanks for the quick replies but I’m done there’s no chance I’m getting my account back.

@JagexSupport please help, my account details are saying they are wrong even though I logged in yesterday. I haven’t been able to change my password for a few months now because I can’t recover my email address so I don’t know how my details can be wrong. Had this acc for years.

@JagexSupport Thanks for the help but I tried this already I have filled in every single question including when I first bought membership, created the account and my first email and passwords & it keeps getting instantly denied. Had the account since 2004,this is the first time this happened

@JagexSupport I’ve also tried to reset my email address for it to be denied straight away saying I haven’t given enough information to even though I have filled in every security question including transaction code from my first membership to the date the account was made etc. At a loss here
