@DavidJHarrisJr I thought Donald Trump came in with the military to forcefully gain entrance to the dry reservoirs and filled them up. Firefighters pulled up to empty hydrants so all they could do was contain the structure fires and kept them from spreading, using shovels and digging. firebreaks
