The fact that Kim Taehyung got accepted into a special forces unit during enlistment already says everything about his level. That’s not something you just casually get into. It takes serious physical strength and brains. Special forces in any country don’t play around,they filter hard. That’s why it’s called elite.
So just logically speaking, his quality has been right there all along.
That’s why it’s kinda frustrating seeing people still acting surprised that Taehyung is actually impressive. Like they’re lowkey struggling to accept it and acting like it’s nothing special when it clearly is.
This whole military era is basically exposing his real capabilities not just that but also how composed and mature he is in handling everything and not everyone’s ready to swallow that pill. Especially since it clashes hard with the narrative that’s been going around for years that Taehyung is “just visual".
Well… clearly not.
