Interesting that Zepto considers soggy, browning salad leaves “fresh” and “in proper condition at dispatch”.

Happened twice in consecutive deliveries. Response was just repeating the same template line instead of addressing raw-consmption #foodsafety & storage standards.

So @lookfantastic is now in India. Don’t bother. Items worth 5K that were already paid for haven’t turned up, customer service is abysmal (live chat is always disabled for some reason, so you’re relying on laggy email back and forth, which do nothing for you!)
