I just masy meatloaf wrapped in streaky bacon . Mince beef with 1/2 pepper, onion, breadcrumbs plus whisked egg and seasoning. Oven 45mins at 180c.

Super simple Spanish omlet. Fry some cubed potatoes, add sliced onions, then wisked eggs with a pinch of salt.
Turn halfway through by placing a plate over and turning upside down, or finish off under grill.
