I’ll advise you to get a BP machine at home and monitor, morning and evening and see me in the next 4days or more , that’s after following the lifestyle modification
If none of them reads below 120 or at 120
Then I can go ahead to worry and probably prescribe an anti hypertensi

Meaning more that 70% of the population would be at least in stage 1 hypertension
If I see a patient with systolic BP of 120, Omo you’re okay o, if above ? Let’s say about 125, I’ll advise you to watch your meals , take less salty diet, rest more etc…..

3days of Labour bawo😂

Latent phase can last for up to 2 days sha(in some cases)
But active labour for 3days , nahh
Even for a Nulliparous woman- max is 8-12hrs

If the labour is obstructed and she stayed for 3 days She’d most definitely come up vesicovaginal fistula

3 days of labor, 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 I was booked for CS this morning but my baby boy decide to arrive this night without any stress or struggles 🥰
I cant believe i push out a big baby like this by myself 💃
