The show isn't ignoring these things because they're unimportant. It's ignoring them because in one way or another, they aren't possible.
The writers can't figure out a way to make it work, so they have it happen offscreen and hope the audience just believes it.

En mi opinión, su diseño no cambió mucho. 😼 Solo se ve diferente en el episodio de El Cañón Láser porque, aunque oficialmente es el segundo capítulo, fue el primero en producirse. Perla se veía así:
