@piersmorgan As your guests on GMB suggested , the protesters chose the very important cause over any potential health risk to them or people they may contact caused by gatherings. Nothing to do with Cummings , that’s just a convenient argument . For sure the government was wrong on Cummings
@piersmorgan I did not defend Cummings, and I don’t agree with unsafe mass gatherings, though I totally support the issue! It’s sickening that many lives have been lost , where knowingly put the majority of people dedication to isolation at risk !
@Mikey0607@piersmorgan Which is good ! They are going back to work , and will be in close contact . Give them 2 each week , plus the championship also .
@piersmorgan@T_Deeney Fully support you Troy , no employer should force someone to go back to work if they have genuine concerns . Your team can fulfil their league obligations without you . Well done for making a stand .
@GMB I am not a media expert. I know we are in one of our biggest crisis ever, I know the government could have done things better or different, I am so sad for all the lives that have been lost , but the show this morning was so bad , one dimension , targeted at govt. so bad TV
@GMB@T_Deeney I think if individual players have any medical or personal concerns on their return to work , then clubs should understand this , like any other caring flexible employer.
@piersmorgan@GMB@BorisJohnson If you gave them a chance to make their point instead of interrupting then maybe be predisposed to come on @piersmorgan . I do happen to think they are wrong to boycott @GMB , but total understand why they might take this position
@piersmorgan of course not ! I think we all know it is going to be very different, but if best possible safety measures in place and the risks are no different than shopping ! Then let’s give it a go!
Quote of the week “ I am sorry I don’t trust the British public” @piersmorgan - that’s a lot of people not to trust , including many viewers. I trust it was meant to be a minority of the British public !
@piersmorgan@GMB If you did allow them to speak and not interrupt so much , treat them with some respect , maybe just maybe !! Fully agree that they should come on your programme and the right to challenge them .
