@claimdesk009 The. 17th two standard class carriages air conditioning not working and standard premium was in classified to allow passengers to come in but over 130 seats in other carriages still free. So I pay up grade for a reason as a gold member not happy

@claimdesk009 Hi , two journeys this week with poor facilities especially air conditioning not working. 16th June, coach H was full, my seats taken on arrival and air con not working. Told to go to standard class and could not go to first without upgrade.

@AvantiWestCoast Over 130 seats available outside of coach H but we were immediately unclassified. So wrong as a gold member I am disgusted!

@AvantiWestCoast so your trains twice this week have had air con issues to and from Euston. I pay extra to travel premium economy, on way down my carriage overheats and I am told to go to standard, on way back the carriage is declassified and rammed with standards. FULL REFUND!!!
