This film is the best motivation you’ll get this Wednesday 🙂😏

Football is a film that was made after our parents expressed their displeasure with the usage of weapons in our films.

We didn't agree with them, but we took their suggestions to heart and created something fun. I find it interesting that our parents' note inspired the work that came after, and now more than ever, we recognize the consequences of glamorizing the use of weaponry in film.

To sum it all up, we made football - a film about a football team competing against an alien goalkeeper.

P.S Most of our early short films remains abandoned on our Facebook Page and this is a part of them 🙂‍↔️

We consider stupid arguments to be our first official short film, but it is not. The interesting thing about this film is that it is the beginning of the domino effect that led to us creating a science fiction film.

Stupid Arguments is about two friends fighting over a last cup of garri, but at its core, it's about some boys who discovered the goldmine of "how to do a muzzle flash effect" on YouTube and were motivated to make a film as a result.

Yesterday in federal court, the CIA, FBI, and DEA filed a memorandum opposing our motion for summary judgment in the FOIA disclosure case about President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s drug trafficking investigation records, where we are seeking to have the redactions removed from the (partially released) files.

In the filing, the CIA effectively confirmed that Nigeria's sitting president is an active CIA asset. An excerpt from the CIA filing reads:

"Human sources can be expected to furnish information to the CIA only when they are confident the CIA can and will do everything in its power to prevent the public disclosure of their cooperation. In the case of a person who has been cooperating with the CIA, official confirmation of that cooperation could cause the targets to take retaliatory action against that person or against their family or friends. It also places in jeopardy every individual with whom the cooperating individual has had contact. Thus, the indiscretion of one source in a chain of intelligence sources can damage an entire spectrum of sources. As such, confirming or denying the existence of records on a particular foreign national, like Tinubu, reasonably could be expected to cause damage to U.S. national security by indicating whether or not the CIA maintained any human intelligence sources related to Tinubu, and identifying any access or lack of access any such sources had to intelligence concerning him."

And if that wasn't bad enough, the DEA's filing included a paragraph that literally said: "We oppose full, unredacted disclosure of the DEA's Bola Tinubu heroin trafficking investigation records because we believe that while Nigerians have a right to be informed about what their government is up to, they do not have a right to know what their president is up to."

At this point, I think there is nothing more to be said about the direct role that the US government plays in ensuring that Africa is constantly destabilised and afflicted with terrible leaders who create poverty and devastation.

Again I will say it; the direct, number one threat to Africa's progress, security, stability and social well-being is the government of the United States.

I doubt if the Trump Era will make any difference as that will jeopardize the CIA's operations with its assets.

To all the Africans and in particular Nigerians who continue to look up to the Yanks as their social-yardsticks, I hope this open your eyes.

These people have no problem with a murderer, a drug lord or senile kleptomaniac as an African leader if he/she will serve their interests. The only people they attack viciously with their media and refer to as tyrants, dictators, undemocratic human right abusers are those who refused to do their bidding.

Let this latest disclosure by @DavidHundeyin remind us that we are on our own. If we don't push hard and make sacrifices to fix our country, we will remain at the bottom. Our misery, pain, economic subjugation and instability will continue to fuel their growth and prosperity.

If you can't see that this is war from one civilization against another, then nothing can be done to help you.

This is war and it's being going on for the last 500 years.
