Sharing a bad experience with @IndianRailUsers I was travelling in this so Ddc compartment from Surat. I asked attendant to change the blanket. He said we don’t wash the blanket. He threw all the blanket on the floor and asked us to use the same. @AshwiniVaishnaw @RailMinIndia

I even spoke to the TT that he is not giving us the fresh blanket. He said we don’t wash the blanket. We only wash the bedsheet so everybody use these blankets. Only. I was also disappointed that nobody is taking care of hygiene. @RailMinIndia @AshwiniVaishnaw

I was in hurry coz of some important things
He asked me to call customer care i did call at the same time i took the picture at pick point so some lady from the team said we cant do anything because you didn’t click the picture inside
