Waiting for International Driving Permit for almost a month (application done online by an overseas resident) but there is no help, even the local RTO (Varanasi, UP) is rude and does not want to help. This is unacceptable.
Can you please help me get the permit ASAP?

Applied for International Driving Permit long ago after getting documents verified from Embassy but have not received it yet. Local RTO (Varanasi, UP) says they don’t know how to process online application.
