Hey @Swiggy, this is the 6th time you’ve turned a "30-min delivery" into a 2-hour nightmare. Canceling takes ages, you refuse to refund incorrect orders, and last night I ended up sleeping hungry because a restaurant just 3km away never arrived. Terrible service

@myntra Pathetic response from @myntra once again. I have cumulatively wasted 90 mins over calls for the same complaint with Myntra agents only to know there's no resolution to a simple exchange request. Anyone else faced similar problem?
