If you are very good at taking quality photos with your smartphone, this update is for you.
Go to Shutterstock, Adobe Stock, or Getty Images on your Chrome browser and create a free contributor account. It costs nothing.
Then start taking high quality photos of anything and everything around you. The sky. Beautiful places. Trees. Markets. Cars in motion. People walking. Celebrations. Landscapes. Those clean, aesthetic shots that people use for designs, wallpapers, and creative projects.
Upload them. Every time someone downloads your photo, you earn a royalty. You do not have to be present. You do not have to do anything extra. The photo earns for you while you sleep.
Photographers with large portfolios earn between $200 (about 300k Naira) and $2,000 (about 3 million Naira) every month from stock photography alone.
You are already taking photos for fun. You might as well get paid for it.
Do not sleep on this.
Above all, love God.
No woman can gaslight me with child birth and children as a whole.
I have parents.
I have friends.
I know how almost everyone disproportionately favours our mothers over our fathers. And this applies to those whose fathers were almost perfect as well. Before I give my friend papa 50k, I go don give him mama 100k. You go see 5 billion “the hustle is for mama” before you see 100 “the hustle is for daddy”.
I do not care about any surname or “lineage” too deeply that I will become a pawn in the hands of a soulless woman because of any child. I do not see children as a retirement plan!
I do not see bearing kids as something a woman is doing for a man. The children women are giving birth to, na them go enjoy those children pass. Pregnancy and parenthood is something that benefits women even much more.
Do not be a pawn in the hand of a soulless woman!!!
Everybody thinks they're going to get a one month notice before their death or they'd see signs in order to prepare for it or sort. lol
You are probably going to die on a random, unremarkable, Tuesday afternoon, you're going to have a half-finished to-do list for that day, laundry to do, a handsome/beautiful partner waiting for you, and maybe a whole lot of change left in your pockets and money in your bank accounts.... and the world?
It's going to wake up the next morning and go on without you like you never existed in it.
So stop tiptoeing around like you're trying to safely arrive at death.
Drink that whiskey, Kiss that Man/woman, take that bold step, give that bold idea a shot, take that trip, just live a little before you're gone...
Because life indeed is very fickle... ❤️
Humans shouldn't always stay at home, even if you have nothing to do. Because staying at home for too long makes the brain become dull and leads to overthinking. You'll have more negative emotions. Psychology calls this state mental rumination. Most of the time, people who stay at home long term are not physically lazy - but mentally exhausted. You increasingly do not want to go out or see people. Even going to the supermarket downstairs to buy a bottle of water feels troublesome. You start to get used to being in a daze alone, scrolling through your phone and staying up late. Then you repeatedly struggle with yourself in an empty room. You think you're resting. But in fact, you're quietly draining the vitality of life. Your brain needs stimulation. Movement. Connection. Without it, your thoughts turn inward and spiral. The longer you isolate, the harder it becomes to break the pattern.
In 2023, my friend sold his phone to pay for an application fee.
Everyone laughed at him.
“Why would you sell your only phone just to ‘japa’?”
For weeks, he went offline.
No WhatsApp. No Instagram. Nothing.
We thought he made a mistake.
3 months later, he came back… with a visa.
Turns out, while we were scrolling,
He was borrowing laptops, using cyber cafés,
and refreshing his email like his life depended on it.
Today, he sends money home every month.
The same people who laughed now ask him,
“Abeg link me up.”
Funny how sacrifice looks like stupidity… until it works.
If you’re chasing something bigger,
get used to being misunderstood.
Not every smart move appears smart at first glance.
@Feeztm The guy must be a very big fool, your babe use her own money buy land e reach your turn you use your own buy her phone 😭😭😂
Dodoyo go dance gbedu 😂
No matter who they are, be they friend, wife/husband or whoever, NEVER KEEP A SECRET THAT CAN DAMAGE YOU WITH ANYONE
Humans can go from sweet and tender to callous and villainous in an instant, provided the right variable/motivation is introduced.
I have seen divorce proceedings and I've seen friends turned enemies. I've seen people come on social media to spill unforgivable secrets about someone they held so close and dear.
There's a Yorùbá statement:
Àgbẹ̀ kìí roko roko kó má dàá ewé kan sí.
Meaning: No matter how much a farmer weeds, he would surely spare a plant or two.
You know why? The plants he spared will save him someday. Those plants may cure headache or runny nose or so. Similarly, the secrets you spare will save you one day too.
I'm not saying you shouldn't trust people. Fall in love, have people you trust. Share your life and moments with them but keep any secret that can destroy you with YOU!

I applied to teach Physics at a secondary school. During the interview, the principal kept saying that Physics and Maths are the same, and asked if I could also teach Maths. I said yes, but made it clear that I preferred to focus on Physics.
Before going in for the interview, I had met another man who came to apply for a maths position.
Right there, I was employed immediately and asked to resume the next day.
When I came out, I didn’t see the other applicant, so I left. Immediately I stepped out of the school compound, I saw him, he told me the secretary had asked him to leave, saying they no longer needed a maths teacher.
That was when I realized what was about to happen.
I resumed the next day and was told to teach physics (SS1–SS3),
maths (SS1–SS3), and.
basic Science (JSS3).
All for just an additional 20k on top of the main salary.
At that point, I knew it was over.
The principal kept hovering around me, trying to read my reaction.
I resigned after one week, stress almost finished me😅
