The system is based on the idea that the Lord's critically review the detail and give feedback to the commons (amendments) and that the commons use the feedback constructively to improve the wording of the bill

@Chops83001752 Agree with simon. Cleaning could take a while but the first test for legionella takes about 24 hrs. General test it see if there are high levels of bacteria. If no bacteria, test passed. If there is further testing to see if the bacteria is harmful. This one can take a while
