Blue: 86 Proof
Platinum: Still Strength (apx 105 - 120 Proof)

Both have a grassy, vegetal, sugrarcane character with hints of sweet perfume, field flowers, white grapes & honey but the Still Strength version is just a bit more robust due to higher A.B.V.

This one is majestic. In addition to prevalent notes of coffee, black walnut, raisins, chocolate, vanilla & even ginger, it has a very pronounced maple syrup characteristic that is maintained from first sniff to last sip.
