@VictoriaSanchez The question isn’t “Will a fine deter people from skipping the fare?” The question is “Why are people evading the fare?” And my follow-up is: “If the answer is that they can’t afford it, how do you think fining them even MORE is a solution?”
the last three times I’ve flown with @AmericanAir they’ve screwed it up, last time I slept on an airport floor because they’re inept. Total lack of any service, kindness, or recompense for THEIR mistakes. It’d be a great thing to never fly American again
@AmericanAir blatant and unkind customer service by the gate agents after their mistake abcs lack of hustle or listening made us miss our flight after we budgeted plenty of time. We don’t have our daughters car seat and we’re missing a friend of twenty year’s wedding
@AmericanAir screwed our trip up. At the airport with plenty of time, their printer broke and the delay caused us to lose all our cushion time. We sprinted while holding a 3y/o and they still shut the gate door in our face and ignored us while we tried to explain in vain
