Arcads made $7M ARR in 7 weeks with an Al UGC maker🤯
I created a better one that RUNS LOCALLY, at a fraction of the price....
Arcads makes 20 vids/month
Mine makes 348+/day with BETTER TECH.
Literally market anything.
Like, rt & comment “MASSUGC” and I'll send it.
I built a Morning Brew-style daily newsletter that writes itself with AI (now at 10,000+ daily readers)
(and I’m nuts for open-sourcing it)
The AI system behind @therecapai clones how a human writer would function, but each step is packaged into an agentic workstream.
The full automation handles:
→ Daily scrapping hundreds of reddit threads, hackernews, twitter posts, Google news API to build a massive data lake of 'daily AI news'
→ Dozens of custom prompts to pull the top daily stories from this data lake, write short breakdowns, & format the newsletter
→ Builds custom images based on each story with ChatGPT image generator
This was 5 MONTHS of iterating and fine-tuning prompts to get the output and content to an extremely high quality state (no AI slop)
and call me crazy, but I'm giving it away for free.
I'll DM you the full n8n template that you can copy/paste and fine-tune to your use-case as well as a full hour long video breakdown explaining the build.
Just Like & RT, follow me, and comment on this thread "NEWSLETTER" (must be following so I can dm you)
Also you can see the actual contents of the newsletter for yourself with the link below, proof of the quality that is possible with AI.
RIP legacy media companies 💀 AI is here.
AI runs my content strategy now.
Built a system that watches industry news every hour, filters junk articles, and auto-generates Twitter threads plus LinkedIn posts.
AI scores each piece for quality before writing anything.
High scores get published automatically. Medium scores hit my review queue. Garbage gets archived.
Never scrambling for post ideas at 11pm anymore.
Comment "NEWS" and I'll DM it to you (must be following)
A consumer app went from struggling with paid ads to 6M+ installs using organic content alone.
15 creators. 9,000 posts. 200M+ views.
I documented the entire UGC strategy we used, from creator selection to the content formats that converted.
Sharing the breakdown here.

🚨 FBI takes down Zelensky’s top aide in a corruption raid.
The man running Ukraine’s wartime machine ..busted.
And Canada?🇨🇦
We sent over $24B with zero safeguards, zero audits, zero transparency.
If U.S. 🇺🇸 aid was stolen…
you think Canada’s wasn’t?
We didn’t fund a war.
We funded a black hole.
🇨🇦 Canadians who can’t afford groceries paid for someone else’s corruption.

🚨 The Bitcoin Giant Is Now Worth Less Than Its Bitcoin
The impossible just happened.
The world’s biggest corporate Bitcoin holder now trades below the value of its own Bitcoin.
• 650,000 BTC = $55.9B
• Market cap = $45.7B
➡️ Wall Street is valuing it at –$10.2B
The flywheel has reversed:
• Stock down 57%
• Premium gone
• MSCI vote in 44 days
• $8.8B forced-selling risk
• CEO now admits BTC sales are “possible”
Their average cost? $74,436.
One drop erases 5 years of gains.
This isn’t a company problem.
It’s a system problem.
January 15, 2026 ..the reckoning begins. ⏳🔥

I created my LinkedIn account 51 weeks ago.
Since starting I've added $100,000+ to my agency pipeline, built nearly 10,000 connections and logged 3.3M impressions.
LinkedIn has already driven five figures in extra revenue to SEO Stuff this month.
Use this system before LinkedIn tightens the algorithm again.
And if you want the full cheat sheet with engagement group templates, carousel playbooks, DM workflows and more, follow me, repost this, and reply “LinkedIn Growth Guide.”
You must do all 3 to receive the DM.
Here is what is working best on LinkedIn right now:
High impact proof posts continue to outperform everything else.
Metrics alone are not enough anymore.
Metrics combined with a short narrative or process behind how the result happened are driving the most reach and inbound.
Short, story driven posts are still performing extremely well.
The feed is full of frameworks and lists.
It is not full of compact, relatable, human stories.
A quick client win, a mistake, a turning point or a moment of clarity all generate high engagement.
Conversation starters remain one of the strongest ways to gain early momentum.
Bold questions, clear stances, or challenges that invite response help gather early comments which lift distribution.
Text posts, carousels and native videos beat link out posts by a large margin.
If you must share a link, build value inside the post first and change the preview image.
Or place the link in the comments.
Dwell time remains a major factor too.
If someone reads the whole post, swipes through multiple carousel slides, or watches most of your video, the algorithm pushes your content further.
Topic authority is even more important now.
Posting consistently around the same subject helps LinkedIn classify you as a reliable voice in that category.
If you talk about growth, content, entrepreneurship or marketing, consistency compounds distribution.
Audience overlap across niches is one of the biggest growth drivers.
Engaging consistently in 2 to 3 adjacent fields expands your reach into those networks and gives your posts more first hour engagement from audiences outside your core following.
Reposting your top performers still works extremely well.
Most people never saw your post the first time.
Reposting after 2 to 4 weeks with new hooks and new framing puts your best content back into circulation.
Posts that create replies to replies are being pushed harder than before.
Deeper comment threads are now a clear visibility signal.
My posting routine:
I post 3 times per day, every day of the week.
Morning is a strong point of view or a proof based story.
Afternoon is a carousel, annotated screenshot or case study.
Evening is a lesson, framework or mini thread.
Skipping even one day affects reach the next day.
Formats performing best right now:
Carousels with a bold headline on slide 1 tied to a result or pain point, 3 to 5 tight middle slides with steps or annotated visuals, and a final slide with a direct call to action such as “Comment guide if you want the full version.”
Short native videos under 60 seconds with a strong hook in the first 2 to 3 seconds. Subtitles matter.
Walkthroughs of real processes outperform polished talking head content.
Text posts or micro threads with a sharp hook, 1 to 2 line paragraphs, 3 to 5 takeaways and a question at the end to invite replies.
Proof breakdowns where you share a result, then break down how it happened in 3 to 4 clear steps.
Conversation driven posts where you present a provocative question, counterintuitive insight or challenge that sparks multi level comment threads.
Posts that are losing traction:
Link out posts without strong context.
Posts that show metrics but no explanation of how they were achieved.
Walls of text without spacing.
Generic posts with interchangeable advice.
Posts where you never reply to comments.
Engagement and community strategy:
Leave 20 or more meaningful comments per day in your niche.
Like 50 or more posts per day, especially ones that have active comment sections.
Reply to every comment on your own posts within the first hour.
Repost your top posts every 5 to 7 days with a new hook.
DM 5 to 10 people per day with value tied to something they recently posted.
Create deeper comment threads by asking follow up questions or pulling people into the conversation.
LinkedIn is heavily rewarding repeat engagement from the same people and deeper comment chains where replies spark more replies.
Hooks and angles performing best right now:
I started this account 51 weeks ago. Here is what $100,000 in pipeline actually looks like.
This 4 slide carousel booked 5 calls in 24 hours. Here is slide 1.
If I had to rebuild my LinkedIn from zero today, this is the exact system I would use.
The 3 post per day routine I use to generate consistent inbound.
I made x amount this month from LinkedIn. Here is the breakdown.
Always back hooks with proof.
Screenshots, receipts, dashboards, analytics or specific client outcomes.
Here is the updated 30 day LinkedIn growth plan:
Post 3 times per day with at least one proof driven post.
Comment on 20 or more posts per day with real insight.
Like 50 or more posts per day.
Reply to every comment within the first hour.
Repost your top content weekly.
DM 5 to 10 people daily with contextual value.
Track impressions, comment depth, leads and repeat commenters weekly.
Experiment with hooks, formats and posting times.
LinkedIn remains one of the strongest engines for inbound and long term business growth in 2025.
Run this system for 30 days.
Screenshot your Day 31 results and tag me when inbound starts.
If you want the full cheat sheet with engagement group templates, carousel playbooks, DM workflows and more, follow me, repost this and reply “LinkedIn Growth Guide.”
You must do all 3 to receive the DM.
R.I.P. Traditional Real Estate:
A New Asset Class Just Landed
and it costs $0 to acquire.
One of them recently beat a $325,000 rental in pure monthly cash flow.
Let me show you something that will change how you think about building wealth forever.
Look at this comparison:
Left side: A $100,000 property makes around $500 per month.
Right side: A simple eBook (a PDF file) made the same $500/month...
with no upfront investment.
Same income. Completely different game.
One requires six figures and years of work.
The other needs a laptop and about 30 days.
>> Here’s the math Wall Street never talks about.
Traditional Real Estate Costs:
• Mortgage debt
• $5K–$15K in closing costs
• Property tax, insurance, legal fees
• $20K–$30K for the down payment
• $2K–$5K every year for repairs & maintenance
Total just to begin: $25,000–$50,000 minimum
It’s like running a small business… with risk at every corner.
eBook Publishing Costs:
• $0 ongoing maintenance
• $0 inventory, storage, or shipping
• $0–$1,500 one-time production cost
• $0 platform fees (Amazon KDP is free)
Total to start: A few hundred bucks (or literally nothing if you DIY)
You're basically comparing a down payment on a house to the cost of a laptop charger.
Plus The Timeline Nobody Tells You
Real Estate: At 7% returns, it takes 14+ years to earn back your investment.
eBooks: Most books recover their cost in 30–180 days, and are pure profit after that.
One path takes until you're middle-aged.
The other pays you back before summer ends.
>> The Risk Factor
Real Estate comes with risk:
- Market crashes (2008 anyone?)
- Can't sell quickly if you need cash
- Legal liability if someone gets hurt
- Bad tenants destroying your property
- Expensive repairs eating your cash flow
eBooks come with almost no risk:
Once the book is live on Amazon, it sells 24/7.
No repairs, tenants, late-night calls or lawsuits.
You create it one time, Amazon handles everything else.
One of my students published a single book in June 2022.
- No paid ads.
- No email list.
- No social media following.
Just Amazon's search traffic.
22 months later: $41,882 in semi-passive royalties
Investment? $800–$1,500 total.
Now here's where it gets crazy:
To generate $22,000/year from real estate (what this book averaged annually), you'd need to invest $325,000 at a 7% return.
That's 300X more capital for the same monthly income.
And you'd wait 14 years just to recover your initial investment.
The eBook?
Paid itself off in 60 days. Then printed cash for 20 more months.
>> Another Live Example
Right now, there's a simple paperback on Amazon earning $200/day ($6,000/month).
The writing? AI + freelancers.
The book cover? Made on Canva.
The sales page? Amazon's built-in listing.
814 sales per month at $15 = $12,210/month from the paperback format alone.
That's one book.
To match that income with real estate, you'd need 2–3 rental properties worth $300K+ each.
Or... you could publish 10 books and hit the same number in 6 months.
If you could find out what people need help with and provide them with the solution in your eBooks...
This will be the biggest opportunity for you in 2026.
Here's quickly how you can do this yourself:
- Find a profitable niche
- Use AI to create the book
- Publish on Amazon
- Let search traffic sell
- Collect royalties & repeat.
Now you can use that cash to buy your first rental property.
Or keep stacking books and replace your 9-to-5 entirely.
Your call.
>> The Real Difference
Traditional investing says: "Save for 20 years, then maybe you can afford to invest."
This new asset class says: "Start today with nothing, stack cash fast, then buy whatever you want."
One requires wealth to build wealth.
The other requires a system and a laptop.
I'm not telling you to abandon real estate.
I'm telling you to stop waiting for permission to build wealth.
Use eBooks to generate capital FASTER.
Then invest in hard assets SOONER.
That's the play.
I've already helped hundreds od people start making their living with this system.
And if you want my exact blueprint too...
I'm giving away the complete 5-step system my students use to launch profitable books in 30–60 days.
Zero fluff or motivational stuff.
Just the process that generated $41,882 for a complete beginner.
