Everybody is talking about how heslthcare workers are being poorly paid by governement but what nobody is talking about is how some Medical Directors (Doctors) are exploiting their Healthcare colleagues and other healthcare workers and grossly underpaying then because of lack of regulations and well defined hourly minimum wage rules in the country. Most Medical Officers, Nurses and Lab technicians generate more than their monthly salary as profit every 24 to 48hrs in Privatee hospitals. We are being paid less than 3% of the value we generate monthly that is exploitative.
