“Why do you look for the living among the dead? He is Risen!” Let God change your expectations today. A Risen Lord defeated death, but far too often we are looking in the wrong places for truth. He has truth to tell us. Truth changes us.
So much of what the world proclaims is about how to build yourself up. The miracle of Christmas is that Jesus came down to us in a body of flesh to make it possible to be right with God! He humbled Himself, so we could live.
Jesus said, “You shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free.” John 8:32. Real Freedom is found in wisdom and truth of a Savior that gave himself to be a sacrifice dealing with our sin. Liberty is not just a word in a patriotic tribute. Liberty comes to Jesus seekers!

On this Resurrection Day, it is good to hear Luke’s story. He records that the women were asked “Why do you look for the living among the dead?” He is alive! Do you expect a dead Jesus, a dead religion, or a Living Lord? #HeIsRisen#Jesus

“When the time came to completion, God sent His Son, born of a woman...”. (Gal. 4:4) on this Christmas morning, we can rest assured that He is Lord and is aware of whatever we face today. Timing is everything and God made a way for us to be redeemed...even in 2020! #ChristmasHope
Words for today...Pray, Vote, and Remember. Remember that the Great Commission and Great Commandment do not change because of an election. Remember to be kind to those with whom you disagree. Remember to pray for the President, knowing hope is in the Lamb not a political party.
“Many are the plans of a man’s heart, but the counsel of the Lord will stand.” Pr. 19:21 Many of our plans have been sidelined, but God is not surprised by our interruption. He is doing some powerful things in these days!
