@Jeep @StellantisNA @Stellantis I just want to express what a horrible experience my fiancé is having with the battery recall for her ‘23 Jeep 4XE.

Battery failed the recall test and will be 5-6 weeks for replacement. Meanwhile the dealer would not let her take her car.

@NBC10 @wpri12 This Jeep recall issue should be known! Jeep should have a playbook for dealing with this that does not leave the consumer without safe transportation.

@Jeep This was her dream vehicle and it is quickly turning into nightmare because of poor craftsmanship and service. Not to mention another recall for power steering that can cause a fire that apparently has no fix yet.

She is being asked to cover the up front cost of a rental for a problem that she did not cause. @Jeep should make this right and provide a vehicle to her free of charge while her Jeep is being serviced.

@kirkneverdied I hear you man. I have a daughter who also does distance learning. Her teacher is amazing and I’m lucky that my own day job is flexible but it can definitely be a challenge. Good luck and hope you and the family stay safe!
