Now 40 years later my oldest is 42 and the youngest is 25 and 4 grandkids. Life has been good!

We have a "BROKEN" housing market. Incomes haven't kept up with the 9% peak of inflation we had a few years back, inflation rate is down but prices are still high and interest rates HAVE to gt below 6% before the market can begin to normalize.

Guys, I was feeling more settled about this Charlie Kirk thing.

But my wife just came home from a ladies night. Someone there was a nurse. She recently had some down time with three other young nurses.

All three of them agreed he got what was coming to him. The lady was petrified, my wife came home shaken. These people are in reputable careers. They aren't terminally online slobs. This is San Antonio Texas, the state that still has full Church parking lots on Sunday.
