In the LA Mayor's race, Karen Bass is well ahead with 36.5% and Spencer Pratt is second with 30%. Pratt is 10% ahead of third-place Nithya Ramen. Pratt's margin should grow tonight as Election Day votes are counted, and then fade with late mail. It's large enough he can get thru.
