Interesting by way of example to see the £350 mn of grant funding (our taxpayer money) awarded to Vistry to build ~3,000 homes. A grant rate of ~£117,000 per home to achieve “affordability”.

Yet the average excessive regulatory build cost per home is ~£80,000.

What a waste of taxpayer money. The state increases housebuilding costs and then pays to reduce that cost with our own money.

Constantine Logothetis (£2,500 in 2024 for re-election), and Maurizio Bragagni (£5,000 in 2024 for re-election; also earlier amounts).

These have no “public records” on any MP database but an investigation by the Guardian newspaper said he could or potentially breached RULE 6 OF THE CODE OF CONDUCT
