If you want to do something nice, go leave a comment on some art or a fic. Make someone smile 👄

Notice that I will be leaving X by Sep 29, since it will allow for AI training on user data and I can't in good conscience enable that. My tumblr remains active and I hope to establish something similar on bluesky. We have a #riddlebird discord server too, https://t.co/OTBnnqWHvi

So what can we learn? Opening up the event to cover the month clearly does not work. We lost the intensity and saturation on the tag which helped make it notable. At least we tried it but next year we'll cut back to a week long event possible with an extra week for late entries.

December is over and it's time to reflect on our #riddlebird event. I made a graph with 2021 stats for art and fics in blue and those for 2022 in pink.
Numbers were down folks.
Even discounting the last two prompts for 2021, that year had 69 contributions (nice) and 2022 had 31.
