My god. He tried his best to get an ambulance, repeatedly calling 999 to report mum was having trouble breathing. His final call is to tell the call-handler it was too late. This is appalling. My heart goes out to this poor family. She was 56. How could this happen?

I phoned your customer services. The person I spoke with wasn't able to explain to me, due to her not being fluent in speaking English, that I couldn't get a ticket refunded She gave me conflicting information, and when I asked her to clarify, she cut the call off. Appalling

@Village_Hotels Very disappointed. Booked for Cardiff starting 23rd Oct, cannot travel due to gov rules, and refuse to offer a refund. Hotel may be open but I cannot travel. Are you really telling me to break the law??
