@reactivenote29 @RiotRepertoir Hopefully they put his passive damage back on his ult at old or better values. No one asked for a better early game where you can't even auto attack the mages in the lane it feels bad to eat a champion they hp5 Regen over killing them get out insta heal and your stacks are gone.

@RiotRepertoir Zephyr back then was an item for ad champions to move and catch up if they didn't go the crit route and I'd like that back again but it was too useless because it had no ad on it. I'd like to see it be melee only too but that's not very likely.

@RiotRepertoir I also wanted Zephyr back into the game but as a movement speed attack speed option for ad champions who don't go crit the champions with the most damage in the game also getting free movement speed is annoying.

@RiotRepertoir It would be nice if tanking items can stop having it's values diluted in stats that don't help the fight while adcs and mages get those stats for free or they get their top amounts of damage and those stats.

@RiotRepertoir I like the new item but for it's 3.3k gold cost it should have 70 armor and 65 magic resist. Again I don't want tenacity on it but movement speed may be nice.
