We are in big trouble

This is a high school teacher, she explains that her 15 year old students are completely lost. She says they don’t even know how to use a highlighter

She’s teaching American history and the principals of our country being established during our founding. She put the information into very easy to follow sections, because the students would understand if if she didn’t

She gave each a highlighter and said let’s highlight the important parts. The students couldn’t do it. They don’t even know how to put the cap of the highlighter on the back so it wouldn’t get lost

She says it’s so bad, if there is a picture in the book “you’ve already lost the student” they’ll just color the picture. She says one kid colored his desk orange

She says it took her at least 17 different times giving instructions on just how to use the highlighter….. these are 15 year old high school students

Never confuse courage with leverage.
Canada can be proud, independent and tough.
But we’re negotiating with the LARGEST economy on Earth, sitting directly beside us, buying hundreds of billions of dollars of Canadian goods every year.

And behind that negotiating position sits the most powerful military apparatus on the planet.

That’s not an insult to Canada.

That’s arithmetic.

You negotiate accordingly.
You don’t walk into a heavyweight fight weighing 145 pounds, slap the heavyweight champion across the face, and then give a press conference about how brave you were when you wake up.

Trump understands something very simple:
Negotiations ultimately happen underneath a hierarchy of economic, political and military power.

You don’t have to like that.
You don’t have to like him.
You don’t even have to think it’s fair.

But pretending the hierarchy doesn’t exist doesn’t make Canada stronger.
Pick the fight you can win!
And if you can’t win it?
Make a deal.
Then go home and build enough strength that next time, you negotiate from a bigger chair.

This should upset every American

You can buy a large can of Pringles, a box of Mac and cheese, a family size box of name brand cereal and a full pack of Chips Ahoy cookies all together for about the same price as one small bag of sweet potatoes or Brussels sprouts

This is why so many Americans choose junk. Good food is extensive and junk is much cheaper by comparison

And when you think about it, it really makes no sense. Because a few loose Brussels sprouts shouldn’t cost more than items with 40 ingredients that needs to be put in packaging

It’s almost like we’re supposed to choose the bad food so we have health issues and they can make more money off us getting sick….

Remember even Calley Means says he worked for Big Food and the pharmaceutical industry and he said they absolutely work together to keep us sick

The popular brand Primal Kitchen was bought by Kraft Heinz, and now 90%+ of their avocado oil products are fraud

UC Davis did testing and found that 93% of chips and 100% of dressings all came back as having no avocado oil, even though they were labeled as having avocado oil

“Kraft Heinz bought out Primal Kitchen for $200 million, and people immediately started to notice differentiation in taste. But what people didn't realize is that the labels started to change what was actually inside the products”

48 of 54 samples were inconsistent with avocado oil in the US Davis testing. Many other brands also failed
